About Me
How I Work
I’m Kelly, a qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor. My training has secured my person-centred foundation and when working with clients I draw on other therapeutic modalities to ensure that I am working in the best way for you.

I am particularly interested in the connection between our bodies and minds and how we feel things physically and I look to explore that with my clients.

My role is not to “fix you” but to listen to you, understand what works for you, to work alongside you whilst you navigate your experiences. I always ensure my clients are at the heart of my work. I provide a warm, calm, supportive space where you can be exactly who you are with no fear of judgement. A space for you to be you, most importantly a space to be heard, listened to and seen.

My Background
We all have our journeys that lead us to where we are today, and I am no different. Qualifying as a counsellor later in life I worked in the corporate world for a number of years in a role that required me to understand clients and companies need, which involved me listening to them and understanding what worked best for them, qualities which have come with me into my counselling work.

Various life experiences led to my decision to retrain and that journey has been fulfilling, knowledgeable and rewarding. A journey that continues every day.
